She kept jabbing me with the clipper, saying she had "heavy hands." I refused the shave in spite of ordering it. Will not return.

Booked online. Got here in time and checked in. Still waiting 50 minutes later. If I didn't need this cut today, I would've walked. Ridiculous. I was able to get a haircut at the one hour mark thanks to a gracious Customer who allowed me to take his spot. From that moment on my experience was wonderful. I felt that Miss Claudia listen to me when I told her what I wanted, and she delivered an excellent haircut.

Normally this place has great service. However today was an exception. I checked in and was quoted a 40 minute wait which is fine. There were two stylists and 2 people ahead of me, and two in the chairs. So time was understandable. Well about the 40 minute mark coming around another man walked in, was greeted by name handed a beer didn't check in at all.
