I went to this location yesterday for the first time and after nearly 30 minutes of sitting in the waiting room, I left without getting a haircut. The 30 minute wait wasn’t even an issue. I just wish these business owners would realize that not every customer appreciates an upbeat environment with loud music, etc. For people like myself who struggle with social anxiety, sitting in that waiting room for 30 minutes with loud, upbeat music blaring was a real struggle.
