HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They do not stand behind their product, glasses fell apart and they refused to repair them. I was told that I could buy the same $250 frame and they could put my lenses in them or pick out different frames and pay for a new pair of glasses. I did not even have my glasses a whole year. The front desk staff was unhelpful and the old lady was extremely rude. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I ordered new glasses on in March 13, 2020, they finally came in about two weeks later and I could see out of them. Rachael told me to give it a couple of days, well I tried and got a terrible headache. I've worn glasses for 50+ years and I knew better, but I tried. Went back and they read the RX of the lenses and they were not correct. So they sent them back and put a "rush" on it. Well about two+ weeks later they came back and the lenses had not been replaced.
