NEVER again! I had a booked CONFIRMED appointment, so I showed up on time, before time, but here at Juslash they don't seem to value other people's time because apparently the lash tech that was suppose to do my lashes just decided not to come in to work that day or even call me to cancel. I waited a whole hour outside of course because no one was even there! If your late tho they want to charge you a a $50 fee & re-schedule you. Don't seem fair to me.
