Great drive through car wash that was fast and good quality. Soap smelled amazing, vacuum was working well. No workers on site if needing help guiding into the wash bay. No issues, except the sensors were very sensitive for telling you where to stop. It would say continue pulling in and as soon as you moved it would tell me to back up. Once I got into the perfect spot, it was great!
Paid for the most expensive wash for my Mach-E and it didn't seem like anything extra was provided and when I went to towel dry it the front was totally dirty. See photo.
Paid $10.00 and it lasted maybe 3 minutes. Both my sides were still completely dirty. 2nd time its happened.
Rude customer service! I called for assistance and the owner was straight up nasty through the phone! I will never be back!
