I’ve been coming to JVF for 2 years now, the coaches and the people made it easy for me to become disciplined. I’ve been able to accomplish things I’ve never would of dreamed of doing. I signed up for spartan races, did my first marathon, in just 2 years I’ve seen me change and become the person I never thought of. Thank you coaches and my JVF fam.
Wow what can I say about this place !! It’s amazing and they really care about you and your goals . I know this is a place to workout but it genuinely feels like home The owners are amazing people and the members are super nice and make you feel super comfortable. Don’t let this place go by without trying…you won’t regret it !! Plus the workouts are amazing I woke up super sore and ready for more !!! Try the new peachy class if you want to grow your peach it’s hard but so satisfying I love it here .
I have the pleasure of knowing the owners and they are amazing people. They push you to your limit but for your benefit at the end of the day. The vibes that they emanate are like no other. They make it fun when we all know working out can be a chore. Dress up days, crazy sock days, and even raffles. If you are looking to change your lifestyle for a healthy and better you.... Go to this boot camp! You will not regret it!
I've been to my fair share of gyms and have been going here for a few months now and this is one of the best ones l've been too. Great equipment and Welcoming Atmosphere!!!
The coaches and members are so welcoming no matter your fitness level. I look forward to going for the challenge everyday 💪🏻
