Dr.Stotz was very kind, experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am very pleased to have had him for my colonoscopy doctor.I will highly recommend him to anyone.
The staff at Dr. Kreines' office at Vernon Place in Clifton was very pleasant and helpful. On my way to my appt I called the office for directions and found out I was on the wrong side of town. The woman on the phone was helpful, patient with me and even waited while I checked my GPS. I was supposed to get to my appt early to fill out paperwork but I was 5 minutes late for my apt time. He is tremendously respectful, returns phone calls, cares about your concerns and is extremely well versed in IBD.
I missed one appointment and was dismissed from thier practice. I would of been a new patient.
Worked with Dr. Stotz for three years before moving on. He was the best doctor to work with, caring and considerate to each staff member. I was his medical assistant so worked with him directly. His patient care and bed side maner always amazed me. Would recommend him to anyone.
Why can't I just call and make an appointment ? Instead of having to wait up to 24 hrs. for the office to call me back ? I am NOT a new patient . What if I'm not home when they call back ? NOT GOOD !!!!!
Dr. Kreines is one of the most caring doctors I have ever seen. I feel that he treats me as if I were a close friend or family member. He is extremely intelligent and just an all around great doctor. You can tell he has a passion for his work and his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a GI specialist.
Dr Stotz came highly recommended from friends and since this was my first ever colonoscopy I wanted the best to counter my anxiety. I wasn't disappointed. Dr Stotz and the entire staff made it an exceptionally good experience from start to finish plus his bedside manner is second to none. I highly recommend Dr. Stotz.
I had a diverticulitis attack on the very early hours of April 4th & went to ER. I called Dr Jurell's office on April 6th to follow up & the next available appointment was MAY 21st! I sure hope I wouldn't still be sick & in pain over a month after the attack! Either the people scheduling the appointments have no care about his patients or this is just bad business practice. I will not be using his service ever again. This is not a Family Dr he should be more readily available!
