This company is a very unprofessional. Works with Fountainhead apartments and they are doing bad business understand the table threatens people via phone to remove reviews due to their bad service and business. Be aware!!!!
Better representing yourself, unless it's a criminal matter. They'll rack up charges and not do absolutely nothing for you.. Plus, they'll tell you one rate, then increase it another. They will tell you to make your payments.. every week but wait until you get to where you can't dig yourself out until they want you to pay for another large retainer fee. Don't get me wrong. I have received a 10/30 day notice to cure or quit from my leasing office that is considered Forgery of documentation of incidents that never occurred. I've tried to communicate with my leasing manager regarding multiple maintenance past due issues in the most professional manner possible.
