The doctors basically gave up on my loved ones. They said they can’t do nothing. So you’re basically saying leave them to die?! When things get complex they give up! SMH This is supposed a hospital that specializes in cancer research but the lack of care they have over their patients is concerning. Don’t go to Canada for healthcare treatment!
I have received an Exceptional assistance and understanding from the staff in Clinic E. I came with one patient had a mishap with transportation. The staffs are very approachable, friendly and empathetic. Please keep it up, we need more of this kind of individuals in healthcare. We really appreciate the care that you’ve given us.
Started my journey with Juravinski hosp over 6 years ago and between Grand River Hospital in Kitchener and Juravinski i cannot say enough about the fantastic care I have received. I have had all my care needs met. All questions answered and my appts for blood tests CT and diagnostic imaging scans etc have been timely addressed. The e chart for tracking is a fantastic tool. I received 2 notices on MyChart that I had 1 lab appointment at 8:00 AM and 1 doctors appointment at 9:00 AM on September 10 2025. Arrived on time and the lab said I had no appointment. Showing the person the appointment on MyChart she took my blood. Went to check in with the doctor and was informed that my appointment was cancelled. I thanked them for letting me know. Not very happy being a senior on limited income and spending over $30.00 on taxi fare that I didn't have to spend. Thanks Juravinski.
I can’t thank you all enough for the incredible care my brother received during his one month stay while he was treated for acute leukemia. The nurses , doctors and the whole staff were super supportive, helpful, amazing and caring. Bless you all .
