This hospital has a huge amount of patients not being treated right and doctors that don’t listen. Patient experience doesn’t help they do not take accountability for there actions or mistakes. There has been so much miscommunication, mismanagement and unnecessary abuse. This is not fair to patients who deserve treatment and Deserve respect, not for them or their families. Iam a regular patient, The nurses are courteous, kind and helpful hospital and staff seem to be helpful in my eyes. The doctors are very gracious . Mine are anyway.🩸👏 feels like a comfortable place to me
Currently here for treatment, I cannot say enough good about this hospital. From security and volunteers at the front door/main floor, reception, the doctors, lab nurses and chemotherapy nurses... right down through to the pharmacy and even the coffee... Excellence! I am humbled by the quality of care I have received at JCH. I have zero complaints about this facility, only gratitude.
