We recently moved to the Eugene/Springfield area from Hawaii and Jurassic Storage was amazing. We originally spoke to Kylie via telephone contact who set us up with a storage unit and put us in contact with the storage unit manager, Sandra. They were so kind and accomodating in helping us deliver our belongings on arrival across the ocean. We had a storage unit for 2 months. The unit itself was super clean, and the whole place felt very secure. When you first get out of the car there's a definite...herbal smell...in the air, but I had no issues with odor inside the unit so I think there's just a processing operation somewhere close by. Everyone in the office I had the chance to interact with was awesome, including a very patient lady who had to take an angle grinder to my lock when I lost my keys.
