Lucas and Kayla own and operate this gym with a heart for people and fitness. The coaches here are awesome, and every workout is tailored to fit your personal needs. They motivate you to improve while being mindful of how your body responds. Technique and safety are paramount and they motivate without pushing too hard. Even the members are friendly and helpful, I cant recommend this gym enough.....5 star experience! And yes, I'm a real person...come workout with us, all ages welcome!!
The staff is amazing and teach you every step of the way no matter where you’re at, it’s been 8-9 years since I’ve been in a gym and getting back into the grove was way easier than I thought, the workouts definitely leave you fulfilled
Hands down the best gym I’ve ever worked out at. If you are a person that has trouble putting together a work routine or doesn’t like working out alone this place is for you!
Jurassic CrossFit is an organization that is able to reach individuals regardless of where they may be in their fitness journey. They prioritize safety, standards, results, and community. It’s been a pleasure to be a member for the last 8 months and I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with them. I’d highly recommend to anyone at any level of fitness.
