As other people have said, owner seems nice at first but you soon realize you made a mistake by doing business here
The owner Joe Warnes at first seems helpful and charming. However buyer beware he does not follow through, he does not do what he says he will do and he will blame his mistakes on everyone else. My husband and I picked out tile flooring and other materials and then waited to hear back from Joe regarding an estimate. After almost 3 weeks I called back for a status update. Started out strong, but we soon realized we made a mistake.... Unfortunately they already had our money. Didn't come or call when they said they would. Then when they did come they were short on supplies, not once but twice. Still have an incomplete job two weeks later. When my husband stopped in to inquire about missing t-molding he was told it hadn't been ordered yet although it was suppose to be delivered the week prior. They also won't offer a refund for the three extra boxes of laminate the estimated we would need.
Business response:
Whenever you order material for a job, you order an extra 10% as you may or may not end up needing more than expected. It is recommended that you keep the left over product in case you ever need a repair and the line you ordered is no longer available.
