the whole team at jupiter screens was great from the start they answered all my questions and didnt make me feel dumb the enclosure is solid and looks professional i am very happy with how it turned out
horrible. Things started out really well. Dave seemed to know exactly what was needed to replace my pan roof. Work began 12/3 and after a few delays on the company's part for various reasons the job was 90% done on 12/19. A few things needed to be tweaked and debris removed from my yard. It took over 7 weeks of no shows, empty promises and a poor review to get Dave back to clear the debris. He did return the next week 2/9 and took care of a few things originally left undone. We had a great experience with Jupiter screens. We called, Dave came the next day and gave an accurate estimate. They showed up a few minutes before their estimated arrival, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a beautiful job! Dave noticed out gutters guard wasn’t working and came back quickly to install a new one— we were struggling with mildew, prior, and didn't know why. We are so excited that we can enjoy our bug free, not leaking, and pet friendly lanai!!
Dave and Ashley were a dream to work with. Within 5 days, they were able to get us a quote, get our project approved with our HOA, and get the screen installed. These guys are professionals who take pride in what they do. I would definitely work with them again.
