Was stuck mid-load with no trailer lights. Tech crawled under, found the short, fixed the harness, and I didn’t lose a single drop. Fair rate too — didn’t try to bleed me dry like some do.

Delivery truck brakes were grinding. They rolled up to my warehouse, fixed it, and even inspected the parking brakes for me

My reefer trailer wouldn’t power up at 4 a.m. before a long run. Tech figured it out in minutes and fixed a bad connection. Could’ve easily lost the whole load.

Very, very bad experience. They will charge you money for 3 hours regardless of how long they spent time with you. They came, spent 30 minutes, and said they could not fix, charged more $820. Said " it is what it is" and left. So, think several times before you call them. don't be a victim. Truckers work hard to get every dollar in their account. Don't let others take it so easily. Good luck to all who are on the road!!!

Call them with an air compressor breakdown... technician show up 4 hours later not ready to work telling me, exactly what I told them the problem was and charge me over a $1,000 dollars for nothing.
