I went to Dr. Latimer at MedVet Jupiter because I heard from a few people that he was one of the best surgeons in the area. My regular vet advised to have it surgically fixed. I researched & scheduled with Dr. Latimer for my 2yr old working Dutch Shepherds breathing issue. I drove her 6hrs round trip to what I thought was one of the bets surgeons in the area. Go elsewhere this facility is the most cold and un caring emergency vet office I’ve ever been to. Expect a 2 to 4 hour wait . The staff is horrible to the clients. Don’t expect to be treated like you matter. And they misdiagnosed my pets eye issue . I was informed and asked to send pictures which I did but got no response. I went to my vets office and sh also sent pictures and called to get help for my dog . But also got no response. They are expensive. But treat theit clients with no respect.
