On Monday, March 2 I spoke with Sharon in the scheduling department to schedule my son‘s MRI. While on the phone with her, I emailed the prescription for the MRI. Shortly after our call, she replied to my email requesting the office notes from my son‘s doctor, which I was not in possession of, and I let her know that. She let me know via email that she would reach out to my son‘s physician and get the office notes. I was told that my test results would be ready in few day, its been a week and they still are posted them on Mychart. Before my test I was called three different times, each time, I was given different directions on the time of arrival and when I’m supposed to stop eating and drinking before my test, it was very confusing. No one answers your phone calls when you try to ask a question and when you leave a message there is no return call. It’s been very frustrating.
They keep billing for services already paid by my Medicare supplement insurance. Would rate 0 if possible.
Have been trying to Speak to the radiologist or anyone in that department after a mammogram reading. They take your money but don’t actually have any number where you can ask a question or get any clarification. It’s a joke. Not a good joke, either.
Sent a $55 bill straight to collections without even sending me a bill personally. I don’t even know what the bill is for since I never received it. Very unprofessional.
