The customer service here is genuinely horrible. This isn’t about one bad interaction or one employee having an off day. I came here with my family on two separate occasions, and both times the overall attitude from the employees was rude, immature, and extremely unwelcoming. Even though we live in Little Falls, we're in St. Cloud so often that it feels like our second hometown. Jupiter Moon Ice Cream has quickly become one of our favorite stops! Every visit turns into the same dilemma—how do you pick just one flavor when they all sound so good? The ice cream is rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, and the staff is always friendly and patient while we debate our choices.
