Ghetto office
Refused to see me with an appointment and told me I was unable to see any doctor other than who was listed on my insurance card as my PCP. They were incredibly adamant about this. I confirmed with Jennifer @ Cigna that this is not the case, that I can see any doctor I want to. This resulted in my going to the emergency room. I wanted to see Dr. Perrotti specifically, because it is so hard to find a doctor who speaks Italian. I'm so incredibly disappointed.
I was in the Lake Park office for 2 hours waiting yesterday for a blood sample to be taken by a nurse practitioner ( )Regine). There was only one patient waiting with me in the reception area. There was no visible action behind the glass where the staff sat. There was no one coming or going into the medical rooms from the reception area. When I was finally ushered into the exam cubicle I waited and waited and waited, totally abandoned. I should have left. Jupiter Medical Group in Lake Park with Dr. Anthony Perrotti and his excellent staff is the best Primary Care Physician's office that in my 68 years on this planet I have ever worked with. When I call them they always answer the phone, are pleasant and cheerful, and they will immediately address my situation. If I have a question, need to make an appointment, need to have a prescription re-filled or sent to a pharmacy, or have any kind of issue they will take care of it. Dr. Perrotti s Office staff is the best I have seen in years! Very professional and helpful, Dr Perrotti ś nice and listens to your issues! And takes great care of you , makes you feel very comfortable, A real professional, I highly recommend!!!
