Became a new patient here because my old PCP never answered my calls when i was sick, the only thing good about this office is that you dont have to wait long. I called today because im sick no one answered or called to let me know they would get back to me, and the staff left the day without calling me back. Ended up going to urgent care. Changing to a different doctor ASAP. If i was a doctor i would HATE to have staff like this. After all staff is what makes the Doctor.

Most unprofessional office manager at Royal Palm location named Alex. This women raised her voice and caused a scene and personal embarrasement to me. I explained to a nurse while she was taking my blood that it was hard to get an appointment and I had called 4 times leaving messages and did not get a returned call. On my way out the door, the nurse asked me to talked with Alex the office manager and pointed her out to me.
