Aprn Theo and Asst Vivian were extremely helpful with my wife Christina. All the staff were very nice. They usually close at 6pm today and were still treating her till after 7 pm. Theo was very thorough and addressed all her concerns. He and Vivian were very helpful in a stressful medical situation. Highly recommend them and Jupiter Urgent Care. Excellent job!
As I have done every six months since this office has been open, I dropped by 6/20/24 for a routine blood test prescribed by my JMC physician and was advised that as of two weeks ago, their policy has changed and they no longer provide "convenience" lab tests, whatever that is. This reminds me of the poor service routinely encountered at other Martin Co. medical facilities associated with another large hospital.
I needed a pre op exam for clearance for Surgery...They did a great job
This place is 5 stars!! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, being thorough, correct diagnosis, medication and treatment given. I love how the medical providers are caring and go above and beyond. My health would not be what it is today without their proactive ness. Thank you for exceptional care!!!
