They have grown so big, without the underlying organization required. Disjointed care at best. I hear "not my department" and "we do not have access to that information" more often than not. Trying to do a simple thing like get a CD of an MRI is almost an impossible task. As others have noted, the imaging department is poor. The wait was extensive, almost 2 hours after my appointment. Then, the imaging is done in a trailer? Not very professional. I would not trust them for any important medical care.

I drive 40 minutes to JMC because of the great treatment I always receive there.I recommend them 100%!
The Imaging Depot. is horribly managed. My had an appointment at 12:00pm and two hours later she is still sitting waiting to be seen. The woman sitting next to her has been waiting two and a half hours. This is the worst patient treatment I have ever witnessed.
Can’t provide proper instructions for their imaging services. Family member can barely walk and was 15 minutes late for their imaging test that is needed to make a decision for chemo vs surgery. Said nearest reschedule was 3 weeks. Poor facility. No compassion or care for someone who is visibly suffering. Disappointed to say the least. As someone who works in healthcare, I’ll make sure the rest of my family and friends stay away from this facility as they obviously don’t care about patients.
