Can’t provide proper instructions for their imaging services. Family member can barely walk and was 15 minutes late for their imaging test that is needed to make a decision for chemo vs surgery. Said nearest reschedule was 3 weeks. Poor facility. No compassion or care for someone who is visibly suffering. Disappointed to say the least. As someone who works in healthcare, I’ll make sure the rest of my family and friends stay away from this facility as they obviously don’t care about patients.

They do a good job but watch the billing. They really stick it to you. I had an MRI done after this back MRI in Maryland and it was only $300. Jup Med Imag charged me 1415.00+ another 600 for the doctor to read it and in Maryland I paid $300 total for all of that. This company is a rip off. This is their contracted rate and you're getting ripped off. Go find another place that does just as good of a job. I will NEVER go back here rip off.
Scheduled an ultrasound for my 2 week old as requested by my doctor. I sent over the order and called to create appointment. We were told to arrive 15 mins to our appointment, no problem! We arrived at 745am for our 8am appointment and waited until 9am until they told us they didn't have a tech there to do a pediatric ultrasound. Completely terrible communication and service. No apology or accountability. I guess Jupiter Medical Center slaps their name on anything these days. Avoid this Imaging Center at all cost.
