Excellent service! NEW ownership! I walked in and was seen within minutes. Staff is very kind and respectful. The new nurse practitioner Claudia is great. She listens and is very intelligent.
I telephoned the office 11/26/24 prior to 10 a.m. for a prescription due to a cold. Scheduled to travel 11/25 and no Rx was called in, nor did I receive a call back. I called again today 12/2 and was placed on hold numerous times, I say numerous because each time was more than 10 minutes, so I actually stop counting. I requested the office email address to request MY records be sent to me and the staff has yet to give me the email address. Which I thought was a simple request.

It doesn’t get any better than this. What a wonderful group! Both Dr. Syed & Chris Hamper provided acute care to me in the hospital during (2) admissions. I have not encountered a more compassionate attentive group that truly looks at their patient holistically. After leaving the hospital they became the PCP for my parents, too. My parents couldn’t be more pleased to see my Father after a Stroke and Mother through a Hip Fracture.
