Poor service by doctor bosworth, Makes mistakes when consulting with patients and try's to charge another consultation fee to get the original prescription he forgot to give the first time. Canceled my e-script when I told them I wasn't going to pay for the telehealth app that was meant to be bulk billed. They then tried to hold my prescription ransom at the reception desk telling me I can't pick it up unless I make payment!!! Poor behaviour by all who work there. Do better.
Very friendly and performed like they care about you as an indervidual, not just another ticket punched.. Problem cause and how to treat was very well explained in a simple way., thankyou.. Well done Dr and staff..
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The admin lady was so lovely, welcoming and helpful, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr Richard Bosworth was fantastic, he was so straightforward, professional and reassuring, and explained everything so thoroughly throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how clearly he communicated and made sure I understood everything. Couldn’t fault the experience and would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
