If you have outstanding bill they will never let you know until they scan you then hold your medical result until you pay . What a great trick, you can’t do like that , if you guys tell that we had outstanding balance and you won’t give the us results then we would have understandable but this is ridiculous. Coming to gp to go to psychological treatment by the feel of it
It is illegal in Australia to withhold medical results all because of an unpaid fee. Just saying
Video call at home was great. I didn't have to leave home. All documents for work and prescription sent through to my email. Totally recommend if you can't get in for a face to face appointment.
