I had an appointment today at 12:00 pm and arrived early at 11:45 am. Unfortunately, the clinic did not check me in upon arrival, and as a result, I was left waiting for around 50 minutes before being called. When I finally saw the doctor, she informed me that the delay was because the clinic had not checked me in properly. This was disappointing and inconvenient, as I had booked my appointment in advance and arrived early. I hope the clinic improves their check-in process to prevent this from happening to other patients.
