Everything is really nice except for the parking. Two cars attached to the condo and guest parking is nearby but no overnight for guest cars.
I will never not miss it
A private gated waterfront community that is well maintained. The multi unit condos are older but most have been updated. The townhouse section is newer with many on the water. The waterfront units have docks but I don't know if the docks are an additional cost. There is a POA as well as an HOA. Assigned parking for each unit. It's right on the hub of multiple waterfront restaurants.
