My wife & I have been clients for years we always get a great body rejuvenation with a massage. It is great therapy & I think an important part of wellness. The Massage Therapists are all knowledgable & great at relieving muscle aches or just giving a relaxing massage.

Hey there, south Florida peeps! Just got a massage here with Heather. My back and shoulder were screaming when I went in and when all was said and done, I came out like a new person. She is thoroughly knowledgable of anatomy and physiology and can easily pick out and relieve where pressure and stiffness and cramping are occurring and relieve them. The best massage of my life, no kidding! Often when I get massages the therapist isn’t able to push deep enough some of my knots but Trisha was not afraid to really work those areas in my shoulders and neck. She was consistent and you could tell she had been trained very well. I left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated. I will absolutely be back!! Ps. It is so nice when you first walk in.
