I do not recommend this practice. After being a client for a few years and having only 4 missed appointments during that time, I was cancelled from going back there. I can understand if I was a repetitive offender and constantly no showing but to cancel me is ridiculous and a joke!!!
It was the first office where I felt like a patient. During my visit, the doctor listened to all of my questions and did not hurry me. He took his time and went over the various therapy choices. The most amazing experience ever! Jupiter Family receives five stars from me!
For their patients, the personnel at this clinic goes above and beyond. I know I'm in good hands when I go there for any medical issue. I've been receiving hormone therapy for a number of years, and I'm delighted to have discovered this wonderful team of healthcare providers. The personnel is kind and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. My interactions and experiences with the personnel are consistently positive. I urge everyone to check them out!
