Left a voicemail a week ago looking for some carpet repair and cleaning. Have heard nothing back from the company since then. As a result I am looking elsewhere.
Wow I have had my carpet’s shampooed many times over the years, my previous carpet company retires and recommended Jupiter to me. Alex was the one who took my call and was able to set up an appointment right away for me, Willy was my tech and he was awesome!! He actually got stains out that my previous company was unable to remove. I was planing to replace my carpet in the next few years but I think now I can probably get another five years out of them. Thank you gentlemen!
Jupiter did an amazing job on my carpet today. Alex had his co worker come to our house today and he did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. Punctual, professional, and great workmanship.
I scheduled to have mattresses cleaned and was told that it was to be from noon to 2pm. No call no show. I called them multiple times asking when would the tech show up but they would never get back to me and at the end of the day they would ignore my call by answering and figuring out it was me and then hanging up.
