While I enjoy the Discovery X7 electric folding bike, I cannot recommend this company because of the customer service. I don't even have words to describe it. Here's my story: 4/3/25: I bought the bike, accessories and extended warranty for $1400+ 4/15: I received the bike with inop front tire. I called Customer Service who instructed me to get it fixed at a local bike store, promising me I'd be reimbursed and "should definitely see it within a week." Got the discovery x7, Very helpful, very knowledgeable, would suggest visiting them.
Andrew was excellent. He not only provided us the parts that we needed, but he carefully explained to my daughter how to install her new parts. He was just pleasant to work with overall. Thank you so much.
