Bought Jupiter Journey e-bike and so far happy with customer service, as Jaqi was so helpful answer my questions and helping me put to the right tech, Dave to help resolve 3 out of 4 issues. I am now trying my bike regularly and with the exception of throttle lag picking up the motor. Hope this last throttle issue will be resolved sooner. Deite un-resolved throttle issue, customer service and tech person responses are great, I am giving full positive rating. thanks
I’ve been riding the Jupiter Defiant ST for a couple of weeks now, and I’m honestly loving it. The fat tires handle trails and city streets equally well, and the step-through frame makes it super convenient. The motor has plenty of power for hills, and I’m impressed by how long the battery lasts on a single charge. It’s just a fun, solid ride that makes me want to get out more.
I was pretty skeptical about e-bikes at first— I honestly thought they were kind of cheating and wouldn’t give me a real workout. But after riding the Jupiter Defiant ST, I’m totally hooked. It still feels like a regular bike, but with just enough help when I need it, especially on hills or longer rides. Now I actually look forward to getting outside and riding more than I ever did before. I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much!
