My experience has not been good. I recently purchased a Defiant ST fat tire. Basically their most expensive bike. I've taken it out a total of 4 times. On the last ride, for no apparent reason, the rear brake wasn't working at all. None of the self help videos on the company's site help, I tried to contact them and no response yet. So I took it to a local bike shop, they said it left the factory with no fluid in the reservoir. Fine.
