My wife loves her bike. Staff is top notch. Highly recommend.
The company has a great website chat, they connected me with Jaqi, who called me due to my complex need for a replacement key. She was great, explained how to remove the battery lock without a key for traveling, and also that I need to buy a new lock and key because the new keys won't work with the older locks. She was extremely pleasant & helpful. So glad that she called me. She even made it easy for me and sent me a link. Highly recommend Jupiter Bikes, great Electric Bikes!
Fast and amazing service . Right when u walk in the lady at the front desk is super nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here for your bike to get fixed or if u looking to purchase a bike here.
