Great quality bikes I definitely appreciate there great customer service.
I have two Jupiter bikes with less than 50 miles each, I already have three batteries with problems, only one of the four batteries I have is charging 100%, the other 3 discharge quickly and doesn’t charge more than 70%. In addition, I had a problem with the brakes. Taking into account that the battery is the most expensive part of this bike and without it the bike has no value, I do not advise you to buy a jupiter e bike
I came in to Jupiter bikes in Tampa looking for a 20in x 4in fat tire for my electric bike since I got a flat and literally no one except this store had ANY in stock and when I got here I was greeted by Matt who showed me a variety of different tires and took the time to help me pick the right one when I went to purchase JC really helped me out and gave me a great deal and even got me some free stuff which is always a huge plus
