Great and fast answer

I love my Jupiter Discover X7 bike! I am having an issue that seems to be difficult to solve though. I'm having trouble with the magnet device that helps to keep it folded. I've been dealing with this since early July with no resolution so far. It's difficult to get the bike in and out of my car by myself when it keeps unfolding on me. Not great for the back.
Can't for the life of me get them to answer phone or email. Are they still in business? I need parts.
