What a wonderful experience. My wife and I were very fortunate to have the owner & chef take care of us, and were just blown away by the quality of food and service. We have been to many of the omakase spots around Vancouver, and this is certainly the best. Not only is the service personable and informative, but the structure of this omakase is quite unique.
