Not great quality fish, there are better spots you just need to be ok with a drive. This is basic sushi the chefs on the line only know basic dishes.
Junz is tucked away in a mini mall off Dransfeldt Rd. The exterior is unassuming, and their interior is modern yet simple. Their sushi, however, is the best in Parker. They have a sizable sushi bar and plenty of seating. We were ushered to our table immediately upon arrival at 1230pm on a Sunday. We inhaled the edimame. Sushi was great, my husband especially liked (I think it was called) the spicy California with tempura shrimp. The Koolaid martini kind of tasted like a cough drop at first but I still liked it.
Went for special occasion Ordered lamb Waited so long even waitress felt bad for us Got it and was not great then they said they ran out of lamb so my daughter had to get something else. It just ruined the night. Couldn't wait to get home into pjs Won't go back . Very expensive.
