Junz-A very disappointing experience – I went to Junz this past week for the first time. I was very dissappointed. Waitress was ok. Menu was kind of all over the place. I was with a party of 6, we ordered edamame and sushi as appetizers. The waitress was very clear that, that was our intent. 20 minutes later the waitress is standing at our table with another server holding 5 dinners. She looks at me and says, "Is this ok?" Lousy Service - Waiters argue with you, owner doesn't care if you return – We read a lot of good but old reviews. It is obvious that they no longer try to provide good customer service - diners are just cattle to them. We made reservations, arrived on time and were told "our table isn't ready because the prior people hadn't left". Good Japanese food, without having to drive to Denver – After hearing several ppl rave about this restaurant, we decided to check out "Parker's best restaurant." We started with the tuna tartar, which was very good, so I was excited about the rest of our meal. We ordered several rolls that were prepared very well and presented quite nicely. What a Gem – What a great find! We meet Jun at his new shabu shabu place - it's excellent, but focused on only one style of cooking. He told us about his other establishment, Junz. It's the best Asian food we've had in Denver during the past 10 years! The miso soup and salads are excellent. The sushi is served quickly and artfully. Unquestionably the best restaurant in Parker, – Absolutely the best restaurant in Parker, great food, comfortable and inviting decor, and the friendliest and most attentive service you could ever want. Do not miss Junz, in the vast wasteland of chain restaurants down here Junz is an incredible breath of fresh air, absolutely wonderful.
Great Sushi and Value – This is one of our favorite places to go. The sushi is great and priced very well. Get the "O Toro" (Fatty Tuna), it's one of the best and at a fantastic price. Also ask for the "Fresh" Wasabi (it's not paste), I dont know any other place around here that has it. The staff are great, they are helpful and on the money regarding recommendations.
Great Staff, Great Food – Junz is a once a week visit for my family, we all love it, and everything we try is absolutely delicious!!! We have also been there many times as a larger group, like 10-15 people, for birthday's, and the service is still just as good. They stay right on top of everything. When we go just a few of us though, we like to sit at the sushi bar. Parker's BEST – Junz is a wonderful place to eat. Jun, the owner, is VERY nice. Not just sushi. Great atmosphere. Service is fabulous! A MUST TRY!!!
