I bought a house Junto refurbished in Bozeman and the poor workmanship combined with the absolute cheapest materials and fixtures they used is the definition of 'slapping lipstick on a pig'. We discovered plumbing that was not even hooked up, cracked fireplaces that we're painted over, electrical code violations, overspray on the roof. The contractors they used even swept construction debris, like nails, tackstrip, old outlets into the furnace ducts, then hid them with registers. So many issues.
