This shop is pretty far out of my way, and I pass some others on my way there, but Jun is absolutely the one you want cutting your hair. With other shops in La Plata or Waldorf there's no consistency with what you get from most of the 'barbers'. With Jun, you're guaranteed to get exactly what you want and worth the price. I tend only to go on weekdays, but I've never had to wait for more than 5 mins.
