The customer service, ironically, is TRASH!!! I called to reinstate service after the quarterly payment term expired. We also called and left FOUR messages last month, in an attempt to make sure service wasn't interrupted. When I FINALLY got someone to answer... SHE HUNG UP ON ME! LRS (formerly Junoll) apparently doesn't need MY money, or YOURS! I called Borden Waste Away and they were MORE THAN HAPPY to help!

🙌 literally - you will NEVER interact with better, kinder, easier going people than at this company! I truly can not tell you how AMAZING they have been to me - a scattered brained Mom who had other competitors spewing false promises. I rented a dumpster from Junoll for a house cleanout. The person I talked with on the phone was very helpful and courteous and provided lots of information. The dumpster was delivered and picked up right on schedule and placed exactly where I needed it. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received!
These guys are awesome! They are always working hard to get us dumpsters for Royalty Roofing job sites quickly. They dump and return them quicker than most. Also we can’t forget to mention Diana who is always pleasant and ready to help. Thanks guys again for all you do.
I will never get a dumpster from here again. No matter the size dumpster, you only have a 4 ton limit. I got a 20 yard dumpster, suppose to hold 60 squares of shingles. I only had 50 and the weight was over 4 tons. So yeah it will hold 60 squares, but you have to pay more because of the weight. They should place it on a scale so you know how much you have. Very disappointed.
