This was my very first time and I felt very relaxed, pampered and just overall amazing. I loved the music, energy and overall beauty of the place also Bree is super sweet, caring and funny thanks a million 4 the joyous vibes will definitely be coming back !!!!!
Husband is getting brownie points for getting me a gift card for here! Booking online was fast and easy. Maria (front desk) reached out with a follow up and offered me an earlier slot for my appointment, worked out great! Bree was just AMAZING she was very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for any of your brow/ facial/ waxing needs! The space is warm, clean, and inviting. Can’t wait to book my next service!
To respond to your response. The certificate was not a year old it was 10 1/2 months old when I originally contacted to book, so that is a lie. If your policy is a year then you should follow that. I was told by Kia when I purchased 4 of the services that they never expired. I have screenshots to prove when I called and messaged to book the service verse when I paid for the certificate, it was not a year old.
