You get towed parking in your own driveway and its $500, no warning they just call the tow truck
Great place, but terrible HOA. Do NOT move into here until there is a new HOA. They will not allow to park on the street and if you do, you get towed for $497. You are even asked to keep your car in the garage because it might get towed while being parked in your own driveway. Keep in mind the single car garage does not have enough room for your car and the trash cans (you have to keep trash cans from public view).
