Great place, but terrible HOA. Do NOT move into here until there is a new HOA. They will not allow to park on the street and if you do, you get towed for $497. You are even asked to keep your car in the garage because it might get towed while being parked in your own driveway. 10 out of 10! Laura and Ben were amazing. Everyone in the loan office department were great. I highly recommend. They will go above and beyond.
I bought 2 BD here. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. You live on top of 2 garage doors that can open at any time and wake you up. Before you buy go into the unit and ask them to open all of the garages for you one by one. You will be amazed as to how loud they are and when they shut their door in the garage it shakes your floor.
