Regular manicure Bad cuticle cleaning up. Look photo. After I posted my review, the owner reached out to offer either to redo the service or refund my money. I decided not to have the service redone, because I believe that quality should be delivered the first time. I also chose not to accept the refund, but ultimately, the owner did return the money to me.
