Overall great experience. The medical staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment without much notice and didn't have too wait too long once arriving. Highly recommended.

Water leaking from ceiling into a tin bucket onto a thin carpet floor, walls are dirty, actual doctor rarely present (I never saw him once), some of the young medical assistants seem like they haven't had enough training, PA's who complete forms in a cursory manor-- leaving many important spots blank and creating extra work once you realize later that they were left blank. I left this office more than 3 years ago because the staff was rude and they were constantly trying to order unnecessary treatments in order to be able to bill my insurance company more. Further, I had been a patient for close to 8 years and the office was increasing more dirty and run down and they appeared to be selling some type of diet product out of the office which was weird to me.
