I am not sure if this is a real company. They do not answer the phone and NEVER EVER return calls.
They act put off if you need something. They lost 1000$ of money orders. They tried to have me move in two hours . They do a worse job then the old management company . They don't run the fountain on the weekends at 300 Harding .
I have worked at many of the properties managed by Juno and they take great care of their buildings and tenants. Juno is a good reputable company.
They don't manage the property, they're just in it for the money. To be fair, that's like most property managers. The common area in one of its property is really run down due to vandalism, etc. I contacted them about this because I happen to rent a shop in that shopping center. I emailed them, no reply. Turns out, it was because the person I emailed didn't work there any more. You'd think that they'd at least tell me this, considering I'm leasing and give me new contact information.
