I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, UPSET, AND DISRESPECTED BY THIS FLORIST. I VISITED THE SHOP IN GOOD FAITH TO ORDER WHAT I WANTED AND SPECIFY WHEN IT SHOULD BE SENT. I PAID WHAT THEY ASKED. THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED A DAY LATE AND WERE JUST RANDOM FLOWERS THEY WANTED TO UNLOAD. THEY DIDN'T THINK I'D KNOW BUT THE RECIPIENT SENT ME A PICTURE. WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHY THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED AND WHY IT WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED, "VERONICA" HUNG UP ON ME.
