Highly recommend! They came same day and were in and out in just a few minutes.
The Junkdrop team was communicative and very helpful. My only criticism would be a desire for more upfront fees. But generally, I appreciate their business model in assisting with donations!

Made an appointment 7/1 for 7/2 with a timeframe from 10:30am-12pm. I called Junkdrop at 12:10pm on the day of the appointment asking for an eta and was told the team was 30-45mins away. I understand that other jobs run long but my issue was with the lack of communication. At 1:45pm, I had to leave and couldn't wait around any longer. I got at call at 2:12pm (2 hours after the latest time provided) saying they were at my house.
