These guys were the best! Prompt, super pleasant and professional! I had so much stuff and they worked efficiently and kept a great attitude the entire time. He worked with me on a good price. I love that they don’t just junk it but give things to people that may need stuff!

The customer service and crew are great. Only reason I’m not giving a higher score is because the pricing is unclear. When talking to them over the phone they gave a range of $100-175 to remove a box spring. But they won’t let you know until a crew comes out. Upon arrival they immediately said $175 because according to the crew there is no range and that the price was set. My family and I have used Junkdrop several times now and always have had a great experience. Billing is super easy, the crews are diligent, respectful and on-time, and Walter is on the ball. Always good to know that the useable goods are going to people who need them rather than the landfill. We can’t recommend Junkdrop enough—the service is well worth the price.
