Wish I would have checked Yelp first before trusting The Junk Truck. After my Mother's passing I had 5 days to clear out her room at a Memory Care facility. I did a search for junk removal and was sold on the "Local, Wisconsin Family Owned" sales pitch of The Junk Truck. I was able to schedule pick-up of simply a bed and dresser, 2 days before the deadline. Kind & Respectful Young Men I hired The Junk Truck to clean-out my aunt's house. She is a hoarder. I found the fine young men of The Junk Truck to be sweet, understanding and patient with my aunt's needs and fears. It was hard for her to part with some of the items that we needed taken out of the home. It seems that the guys have dealt with hoarders successfully in the past. Great Service The Junk Truck did a fantastic job cleaning out the years of junk from my basement and garage. Some of the boxes were extremely heavy. They handled the clean out better than I expected. I was happy with the entire process. Starting with the phone call I made to them all the way through the junk removal and clean up. Very cool service.

World Class Service!!!! I called the Junk Truck and found them professional, kind and honest from the very first phone call all the way to the removal and clean up of my remodeling debris. Not only did the owner take my call personally, but came to the job as well to make sure everything went well and that I was happy with the service. I am more than happy. I'm ecstatic. Not only did they remove the debris, but they swept the area the junk was in. Wow what a great service.
