Very reliable and friendly! Plus they are local! Originally I called another company, and with them I was waiting everyday for an entire week for them to pick up my vehicle. But, when I called Junk My Car based in Cincinnati, they came the very next day! They did not leave me waiting, they called about 30 minutes before they arrived.
