Very helpful, had to get rubbish cleared from our old property, they liaised with the new owner of the property, dealt with the collection and had to go back twice as the new owner missed the first appointment, and then invoiced when complete. Communication good through out. Would recommend.
Who knew that getting rid of six dining room chairs, plus other odds and ends, would be such an enjoyable experience? Were warned the lorry would be arriving early, the ‘junk’ was quickly loaded, invoice presented and card payment made - everything carried out in such a friendly and efficient manner that it felt like saying goodbye to good friends when they left. Looking round for something else we can count as junk! Five stars!

Good price and friendly team. Their visit was booked within a week of first contact and the whole process was thoroughly explained. They made sure I was happy with the price and was given the option to set a limit on load size, if required. Would recommend and use in future!
I couldn't recommend Junk Monsters more highly. Communication was second to none - they arrived on time and both Rob and Ollie were happy, friendly and extremely tidy. They made light work of a heavy job and I would definitely use them again. Fantastic service - very satisfied - thank you!!
