Everything about dealing with Junk Masters was awesome!! They were great with scheduling and working with the items we wanted to donate to Bridging. They offered on-sight estimate and were so helpful during a challenging situation selling a home. Matt and Brandon were FABULOUS the day they came to load and were so efficient moving the furniture out. We would HIGHLY recommend Junk Masters!!!
Every person I spoke with either by phone or in person was great to work with! The employees are kind and helpful and timely. Great communication and very respectful when they arrived. I would 100% use them again!
I'm kinda in the middle for this company my family used them twice. The first time they were above and beyond then the 2nd time it like they lowered their standard. We asked the associate to bring an empty truck and they sent a half full truck. So instead of one trip it turned into a two trip we had other plans and we had to rearrange our schedule that day because of their mess up
These guys junked a boat for me at a very fair price. I was going to do it myself but found out it was going to cost me just as much or more. They came and towed the boat away. Done and I didn't have to do a thing. Very quick and efficient.
