I really appreciated the customer service I received from Junk Magicians. There was some miscommunication along the way, but Bret, the manager, was very gracious, listened to my concerns, and handled everything professionally. It was refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their service. I would definitely give Junk Magicians another try and would recommend them. I’d just suggest being very specific about your needs so everyone is on the same page

Wow!! Thank you Bret and your team for saving the day!!! You absolutely made magic happen! Both me and my clients are so grateful you were available for a last minute trash removal from their garage that has been there for weeks! Looking forward to working together in the future!

They were prompt and polite and extremely professional. This is the fifth time we have used Junk Magicians and the last as we are moving out of state. 😢 They are always so helpful, happy, and quick but thorough. Would give 10 stars if we could!
