This is the third time I’ve used Junk King and it was the best service yet. Brett made sure that everything was handled well, and the price was fantastic. Easy to schedule, easy process.

Booked 3 appointments 3 days off work 3 no call no shows
I booked an appointment for a specific time. They reached out said they would be arriving in 15 min, but 3 hours before our previously confirmed appointment. Then, they said they could not honor our appointment and we had to reschedule for a week later. We then had another appointment scheduled, but again, they tried to show up 2 hours early. There seems to be no point in making an appointment, as they do not honor them. Would not recommend their service for this reason alone.
Used to really like them even gave them 5 Stars, we used them quite often they were a little pricey but, they showed up and did the job. There were a few times they didn't sweep up and left trash, dirt and screws on our driveway but, the previous owner made it right and talked to his team. I believe it's under new ownership because they started leaving screws and trash on our driveway again that could have easily been swept up esp. when we're paying $500 we did call and let them know.
