Wish I could give zero stars. The scheduled me twice and texted, called and emailed saying they were on their way, but they never arrived.
Made an appointment and they cancelled us for no apparent reason. Will use some other company that is more reliable.
This company is a joke. I made an appointment for a full office cleanout online and received a confirmation email, as well as an automated text the day before. I had an 8 am appointment. I got a text at 6 am the day of saying that it would be cheaper to get a dumpster. Then saying they needed photos for an estimate. Then informing me that only two people worked there so I needed to go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.
Booked an estimate - came home for the 9-11 arrival window. They no showed and texted asking for a picture so they could send the estimate. Send a picture and they respond asking for a price from me (!?). Insane. Don't recommend dealing with these people.
